You can cancel your reservation free of charge at any time up to 7 days before arrival, in which case we will refund the deposit in full. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive a booking voucher. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival. In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid will be charged. There are no refunds. We make a special effort to provide our guests with clean accommodations.
