Cancellation Policy
A 30% advance payment is required upon booking. You can cancel your reservation free of charge at any time up to 7 days before arrival, in which case we will refund the deposit in full. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive a booking voucher. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival. In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid will be charged. There are no refunds. Special terms and conditions may apply to special offers or packages.
Warranty conditions
Payment of 100% of the advance within the agreed period is considered as confirmation of the reservation. In case of non-payment within the given period, the reservation is considered as irrelevant.
Smoking and cleanliness
Smoking is not allowed indoors. We make a special effort to provide our guests with clean accommodations. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 – depending on the damage caused.
Parking lots
Parking of vehicles and bicycles in our parking lots is the responsibility of the vehicle owner, we are not responsible for any damage. Parking at Dvor 43 a, Bovec, is free of charge for our guests.
Pets
Pets are welcome in the Luna and Kanin apartments but are not permitted in the Anabela apartment.
An additional fee of €14 per night, per pet, applies.
Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the apartment appropriately for your pet.
Prices
All prices include VAT. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
In the Municipality of Bovec, the tourist tax ranges from €0 to €2 per person, per night.
In the Municipality of Tolmin, the tourist tax ranges from €0 to €2.50 per person, per night.
Means of payment
Reservations can be paid by online bank transfer or by payment to our bank account. At the accommodation, all payments can only be made in cash.
