Apartments – Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Advance notice of arrival time is preferred.

Odpovedni pogoji

A 30% advance payment is required upon booking. You can cancel your reservation free of charge at any time up to 7 days before arrival, in which case we will refund the deposit in full. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the advance payment is not returned. After paying the advance payment, you will receive a voucher, and the rest will be paid upon arrival. In case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 30% of the value of the advance payment will be charged. In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. There are no refunds. Special terms and conditions may apply to special offers or packages.

Warranty conditions

Payment of 100% of the advance within the agreed period is considered as confirmation of the reservation. In case of non-payment within the given period, the reservation is considered as irrelevant.

Smoking and cleanliness

Smoking is not allowed indoors. We make a special effort to provide our guests with clean accommodations. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 – depending on the damage caused.

Parking lots

Parking of vehicles and bicycles in our parking lots is the responsibility of the vehicle owner, we are not responsible for any damage. Parking is free for our guests.

Pets

Pets are welcome in the apartment Luna and Kanin, but they are not allowed in the apartment Anabela. An additional payment of €10 / night / pet is required Advance notice is required to make the apartment suitable for animals.

Prices

All prices include VAT. Tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2 per adult per day, children between 7 and 18 years €1.

Means of payment

Payment for the reservation is made via the online bank or by payment to our TRR; all
payments in the accommodation are only possible in cash.
